Quit Coal - Venezia

6 December, 2008 - During the "Global Day of Action 2008" Greenpeace has unroll hundreds meters of ribbon printed with: "No coal - Sea level at 2040".

According to the IPCC report of 2007 the rise of the mean temperature of +2°C would lead to an increase of the sea level at 2100 of more than one meter and a half.

Obviously Venezia would be wiped away by the sea if this will occur.
